What do I need to get started?
Send a request or message us on WhatsApp. A manager will take your company through registration and verification and send you the list of documents. OTC trades require an agreement, which you sign online.
Which documents will I need?
Usually your constitutional documents, details of the director and beneficial owners, your digital mining licence and bank account details. The exact list depends on your company structure; your manager will send it after your request.
Which currency will I receive?
Kazakhstani tenge or US dollars, by bank transfer to your company account.
How is the rate set?
The rate is agreed in the OTC request based on the batch volume and the current market. You know the final amount before you confirm the trade.
Can I sell regularly?
Yes. You can sell a single batch or set up regular sales, for example after each pool payout.
Can I send BTC straight from my pool?
Yes. In your pool settings, set your CaspianEx wallet address as the payout address.
Who will be my contact?
A personal OTC manager. Exchange support works 24/7.
